What EZ-Est receives
When you create an account, EZ-Est receives the account information you provide, such as your email address, business profile, pricing, logo, and estimate details.
If you connect CompanyCam, EZ-Est receives the project information you authorize, including notes, labels, photos, customer context, and project identifiers needed to create and return an estimate.
How information is used
- To authenticate your account and maintain your settings.
- To structure documented job information into an estimate.
- To render, store, and return your estimate PDF.
- To process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
- To prevent duplicate deliveries, troubleshoot failures, and support revisions.
Service providers
EZ-Est uses Supabase for application data and authentication, OpenAI for estimate structuring, APITemplate for PDF rendering, Stripe for billing, and CompanyCam when you choose that integration. Each service receives only the information needed for its role.
Your control
You control your pricing and decide when a CompanyCam project is ready for an estimate. You can disconnect CompanyCam and manage your subscription from account setup. CompanyCam remains the system of record for its project data, signatures, and connected accounting workflow.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, estimate, billing, and integration records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain subscription history, prevent fraud and duplicate processing, resolve support requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of eligible account data through the EZ-Est support page. Some records may need to be retained for the reasons above, and connected providers may retain information under their own policies.
Security
EZ-Est uses access controls and encrypted service connections designed to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your login and connected-service credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
