What EZ-Est does
EZ-Est helps contractors turn documented work into professional estimate PDFs. It is an estimating aid, not a replacement for contractor judgment, customer approval, signatures, accounting, or project management.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every estimate, confirming scope and pricing, protecting customer information, and deciding when an estimate is ready to send. Do not use EZ-Est to create misleading documents or to process information you are not authorized to use.
AI-assisted output
AI may organize and clarify the information you provide. It should not be treated as a measurement, inspection, legal, accounting, or pricing authority. Review the generated estimate before relying on it.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The applicable price, taxes, and any promotional terms are shown during Stripe Checkout before payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal at any time. Unless you choose an immediate cancellation option or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Connected services
CompanyCam, Stripe, and other connected services remain subject to their own terms. EZ-Est is independent and is not affiliated with CompanyCam.
Availability
EZ-Est is a focused estimating service. Features, limits, and integrations may change as the service is improved. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your estimate history and communicate material changes.
