Subscription billing
Your EZ-Est plan is billed monthly at the price shown during Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles payment details, receipts, invoices, and subscription status.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from Account setup. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The portal may also offer an immediate cancellation option, whose timing and any applicable credit are shown before you confirm.
Refund requests
Canceling a subscription does not automatically reverse a charge for a period that has already begun. If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or experienced a material service problem, use the EZ-Est support page with the account email and relevant invoice details. We review requests in context and will explain the outcome.
CompanyCam and accounting
EZ-Est does not duplicate CompanyCam's signature workflow or QuickBooks connection. Those services remain governed by their own billing and refund policies.
